Brainwave Games
Brainwave games utilize the Interactive Brainwave Visual Analyzer (IBVA), a bio and psychic feedback interface system to the computer. Using the fourth version of IBVA and applications that are provided with Apple Inc.’s OS X operating system, three dimensional gaming environments can be developed that facilitate neurological learning.
The brain is exercized by strategically moving digital objects in the gaming environment and by brainwave mixing of audio to create brainwave music compositions. Neurological gaming combines multimedia with neuroscience and accelerates learning by increasing brainpower.
Masahiro Kahata is the developer of IBVA4, which was first available in 1991. Since 1992, Paras Kaul has used IBVA to produce prototypes for brainwave games.
